COMMENTS: Absorption measurements using synchrotron radiation

High-resolution extinction coefficients (0.0015 eV ∼ 0.016-0.074nm) have been obtained by personal communication from Robert Locht (Oct 2009) and converted to absorption cross sections (conversion factor 3.8235×10-21)
