NAME: nitrous oxide
FORMULA: N2O
AUTHOR(YEAR): HollidayReuben(1968)
T: 673K
λ: 200-260nm
BIBLIOGRAPHY: M.G. Holliday and B.G. Reuben, "Temperature dependence of the absorption of nitrous oxide in the quartz ultra-violet", Trans. Faraday Soc. 64, 1735-1741 (1968); DOI: 10.1039/TF9686401735
COMMENTS: Absorption measurements using a deuterium lamp, a sigle prism monochromator of low resolution, a photomultiplier, a potentiometric recorder, and a furnace with temperature control to ±1 °C

Absorption coefficients k(atm, 273 K)-1 cm-1 (base e) have been digitized from Fig. 1 and converted to absorption cross sections (conversion factor 3.72×10-20)
