High-resolution (0.05 nm) absorption measurements using a Hopfield continuum lamp as a light source for the 60-105-nm region and three microwave excited continuum lamps containing 250 torr of Ar, Kr, and Xe as light sources for the 105-147-nm region

Absorption coefficients k (atm, 298K)-1 cm-1 (base e) at 0.02-nm intervals have been obtained by personal communication from Joseph. A. Nuth (December 2018) and converted to absorption cross sections (conversion factor 4.06× 10-20)
